Investors who participate in ongoing construction projects with Zenith can earn a minimum possible profit of 20% on their investment, aside from any gains due to property market inflation.
Partners who invest with Zenith in initiating new projects at the beginning stages can earn a minimum possible profit ranging from 100% to 200% on their investment. This type of investment requires at least 30 million DHS from the investors. This profit is in addition to any gains from property market inflation.
Similar to other developers in the market that offer presales to investors for authorized sale projects, the profit depends solely on property market inflation and is not guaranteed.
Partners who invest with Zenith in projects close to construction commencement can earn a minimum possible profit ranging from 50% to 100% on their investment. This profit is in addition to any gains from property market inflation.
